About Us

Mission Haus Foundation, is a 501(c)3 non-profit, was established in 2022, to support individuals in transitional situations and communities in times of need.

Founded on Christian back principals of: Instilling Hope, Helping Others, Extending Grace and Leading with Love - Our vision is to enable the foundation of a successful “ever-after” for those that find themselves in transitional situations. We want to offer hope to each participant in their journey to break the cycles of failure and fear that often comes

with transition/change. Mission Haus Foundation exisits to help individuals and communities navigate difficult times, thus ultimately thrive.

The Foundation's mission is to provide assistance and support to those facing adversity, hardship, or crisis situations. This can include financial support, access to resources, counseling services, and more. Mission Haus Foundation partners with adjacent agencies to bridge the gaps with existing support systems for those individuals who would otherwise slip through the cracks. We serve our community by working closely with our partners to assess the specific needs of each individual and create individualized “life” plans to help them overcome barriers and achieve their goals.

We aim to empower individuals to create a better trajectory for their future, by providing them with the tools and support they need to succeed.

In times of natural disasters or emergencies, we coordinate relief efforts and assist in rebuilding communities that have been impacted. Mission Haus Foundation aims to provide meaningful support and resources, helping those in need, to navigate through difficult times and ultimately thrive in their new beginnings. Our ultimate goal is to create a community where everyone has the support they need to live healthy, fulfilling lives knowing they can always turn to us for support.

We have directly supported the efforts during the aftermath of the tragedy in Uvalde, TX, supported agencies in the San Antonio area during winter storms, and partnered with area foster group homes to aid with upcoming graduates in their transition to college living.

We envision a place where individuals feel empowered to take control of their well-being and feel connected to a network of people who genuinely care about their success and happiness. Together, we can build a strong and resilient community that fosters growth, compassion, and mutual support for all.

By working together, we can build stronger, more resilient communities in support of each other.

Transition

When a person is "in transition," it means they are going through a significant period of change or transformation in their life. This could involve moving from one phase, situation, navigating a crisis or being impacted by a natural disaster/emergency circumstance. Transitions can be personal, professional, emotional, or situational.

Common examples include:

  • Career change: Shifting jobs or industries.
  • Life stage change: Moving from adolescence to adulthood, gaining independence with “different-bilities”, or aging populations.
  • Relationship change: Changes in family dynamics,.
  • Health transition: Coping with illness or recovery.
  • Housing or location change: Moving homes or communities.
  • Personal growth: Inner change, such as personal development or a shift in identity or values.

Transitions can be challenging, and usually driven by a root cause. On thing for sure is they often involve uncertainty, but they can also present opportunities for growth and renewal.

Community Support

Providing community support during times of need means offering help and resources to individuals or groups who are facing challenges or hardships.

By providing community support, individuals and organizations help to alleviate immediate needs, empower those affected, and strengthen the overall resilience and cohesion of the community.

We don’t stop with just the immediate need. We work to ensure those we help know we are here for the long haul by coordinating aftercare support and letting those impated know they can always call on us.
